Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Final pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was described — for example, if there is more material than estimated, or if hazardous materials, structural issues, or access restrictions are discovered on site.
We will inform you of any price change before performing additional work.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We will confirm your scheduled service date in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Your Responsibilities
You represent that you own the property and materials to be removed, or that you have permission from the owner to authorize the work. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and for removing any items you wish to keep before we begin.
Items We Cannot Accept
We do not remove hazardous materials, including asbestos, chemicals, paint, solvents, medical waste, or other materials restricted by law. If such materials are found on site, we may stop work and refer you to a licensed specialist.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
